Questions Our Seller(s) Most Often Ask


Q: What is my house worth?
A: As a Seller’s Agent our job is to utilize our knowledge and expertise of the area and market. We provide information on current sales and discuss with our clients their needs and expectations of pricing their home to sale.

Q: When is the best time to sell my home?
A: As soon as the Seller(s) is ready……it is a Seller’s market now! Current listing inventory is low in our area. If your home is priced right it will sell!

Q: What do I need to do to get my home ready to place on the market?
A: We inform our Seller clients not to spend excessive dollars if you can’t get a return in value. Seller(s) do need to make their home presentable and desirable for potential Buyer(s).

Q: Should I increase the price of my home above market value so I may have more negotiation leverage?
A: No, absolutely not…Seller(s) do not want to overprice their home/property. This discourages potential Buyer(s) in viewing their home/property. We discuss with our clients a suitable listing price that meets their needs and utilizes our professional expertise to get our clients the highest price possible for their home/property.
