  • Prepare all documentation to list home or property
  • Signage and lockbox provided for home or property
  • Southern Select Properties LLC REALTOR® takes pictures of home or property for marketing purposes on FMLS, Southernselectproperties.com, REALTOR.COM®, Zillow®, Trulia® and other syndicated sites
  • Marketing of home or property to include website syndications and print services
  • Coordinate showings with other real estate professionals to help facilitate the selling of your home or property
  • Present all offers to the Seller(s)
  • Assist in the negotiation of offers and contracts as the Seller’s representative
  • Once an offer has been accepted and is a contract, the Southern Select Properties LLC REALTOR® coordinates with the buyer’s agent to assist in any and all inspections and additional documentation needed at buyer’s request.
  • Closing date is scheduled with all parties
  • Disconnect or Transfer Utilities
